Shipping Information
Most purchases are shipped from California, USA via United States Postal Services (USPS). Some products are shipped from India using Indian Postal Services registered Post service. All Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment.
Depending on the product(s) you purchase on www.artsyoptions.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At the time of checkout, you will be able to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping cost is based on the shipping method of your choice and the weight of the package and some products have flat rate shipping too. We use USPS (United States Postal Services) for all shipping methods. Your total shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout before submitting the order.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and India.
Item Availability
On the product detail page, we clearly mark “In stock” or “out of stock”. Most of the items are in Stock and ready to ship. Most orders for In-Stock products are shipped as soon as your online purchase is completed. Products are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Our shipping charges do not include any custom or other duties which are collected by some countries. Customer is responsible for any custom charges or duties imposed by officials of that country. US and Australia don’t have any duties for small shipping packets of up to $200, however some European countries charge some import duties.
