Placing the order

There are easy and simple steps to follow after you select the product to buy

  1. Click on the product and check all the details

  2. Select if there is any color or size variation for the item

  3. Select the quantity

  4. Then click add to cart

  5. Go to the shopping cart where you can update the quantity according to availability

Promotional Code

At the time of check out you will be able to redeem your discount coupon or promotional code in your shopping cart.

You can find your promotional code in Artsyoptions emails.
If you do not have a promotional code, join our mailing list to receive Artsyoptions email.

Only one promotional code can be used per order.

 

YOUR ORDER

Emails regarding your order

After you place your order, you will receive e-mail updates about your order status. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order.

Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped.

Important notice about your order. When we have any difficulty in processing your order or inability to ship to the address provided or existence of a duplicate order, and cancellation of order. If you receive one of these e-mails, please email us at customerservice@artsyoptions.com so the problem can be resolved.

Order Delivery Time

We try to process all the orders within 24 hours after receiving the payment. Delivery of your products can take up to eight full business days with in the united states, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. However, items shipped from India will take 15-20 business days.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

For International delivery time will be indicated in your order shipment email.

Order changes & Cancellations:

ArtsyOptions will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations. However, to provide the best service possible most in stock orders are processed immediately. If your order has already been processed or has already left our warehouse we are unable to stop or make any order adjustments.

To find out if your order has been processed, and to make changes to or cancel your order you can go to your account page or email us at cusotmerservice@artsyoptions.com . We will determine weather order can be cancelled or modified after receiving the email and communicate accordingly.

Cancellation of order by ArtsyOptions:

ArtsyOptions can cancel the order placed by the customer at any time before it has been shipped or before the credit card has been charged if any of the below things happen:

  1. Incorrect pricing on the website: If the product was listed with incorrect price by mistake and is purchased at a price which is much lower than the correct price, we might choose to cancel the order and notify the customer. Also, if the price given is higher than the actual price of the product, we will adjust the amount paid by the customer accordingly. In both the cases we communicate to the customer.

  2. Its customer responsibility to provide the correct billing information for the credit card and for any reason if the billing information provided by customer is not correct, the order placed by customer will be cancelled.

  3. If the credit card provided by customer is declined by the bank or financial institution.

The order placed by customer is not the guarantee of the delivery of the products ordered by customer. If any of the above conditions applies to the order we have right to cancel the order.

Check out & Payment

At the time of checkout customer needs to make an account which allows customer to login to their account to see the order status. It also saves time, as your billing and shipping address will be pre-filled at the time of checkout when you purchase something next time.

Creating an account also allows you to submit a product review and keep products which you like in your wish list for later purchase.

Sales Tax

We charge tax in California. Any item shipped in California will be charged for sales tax. The law requires us to collect state and local taxes in state from where we are located right now. We do not charge any tax for shipping to any other state or worldwide.
