Description
This miniature painting is of a decorated elephant on which kings and emperors used to sit during the procession time. The jeweled embroidered thick cloth used to put on the back of the elephant which covers the head too. All four legs of the elephant have big thick anklets. The border of the painting is done with gold leaves.
This miniature is done with the utmost care and in minute details, with strong lines and bold colors set in a harmonious pattern.
